Please send current medical records to our mailing address, by fax or by email (requires prior authorization). If your medical records are not in English, you will need to have them translated by a certified translator prior to sending them. CT and MRI images (DICOM format) need to be sent on a CD or on a USB flash drive.
- Obtain medical clearance:
Once your records are received, a physician specializing in your diagnosis will determine if you are a candidate for treatment and you will be notified.
- Obtain financial clearance:
Our financial coordinator will contact you to discuss financial arrangements for your care. You will need to provide full payment for treatment or authorization from your insurance company or embassy prior to your first medical appointment.
- Schedule appointment:
Our nurse intake coordinator will schedule your initial consultation with your doctor.
- Arrange travel and accommodations:
In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we can arrange for airport pick-up, discuss housing options and assist with language interpretation.
