MedHub is a web-based residency management system that has several uses at Loma Linda University Health.

Residents must access MedHub, and from the Home Page click on the “Help” tab and browse resources like the user manual and video tutorials to learn how to navigate through the various functions.  To access the system:

  • Username and Password have been sent to your Loma Linda email (llu.edu).

  • If you don't see the email with your log on credentials, call your program coordinator or the GME Office at (909) 558-6131 or extension 66131.

The following are a few of the functions MedHub is used for at Loma Linda University Health:

  • Official communication from GME Office and Programs will be sent to your Loma Linda email address.  It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check your LLUMC email account frequently.

  • Log/Record all Work Hours: Residents are required to log/record all work hours on MedHub and to “signoff" on work hours at least once a week.

  • Evaluations of/by both Resident and Faculty are completed on MedHub.

  • Reminders will automatically be sent to your Loma Linda email address – this may include reminders to renew CPR, Medical License, annual health clearance, Compliance Training, etc. – please check your Loma Linda email frequently.  The email address is defaulted to your Loma Linda email.

  • Notices for Residents and Fellows are posted on the Home Page.  Please look at the Home Page frequently.

MedHub is the main database for resident information used by the GME Office. Information contained in this database includes demographics, education, residency training, license, pager, etc.  Questions related to MedHub should be directed to the GME Office at ext. 66131.
