Educational speakers every week and helpful information presented to make your stay in the area more pleasant.

"The Lebed Method"
This 8-week, free program is especially designed for anyone (all adult ages) who has experienced breast cancer (pre- or post-operative) and is also beneficial for anyone with chronic health conditions such as other types of cancer, diabetes, fibromyalgia syndrome, rheumatoid conditions, chronic fatigue, depression, etc. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, the program provides a supportive and safe environment. Class focuses on healing through therapeutic exercise and movement to music.

- Assists in structural rebalance of body

Women's general cancer support group
This group is for any woman who has been diagnosed with cancer. You may join before, during or after treatment and our team will openly address your concerns. We also welcome your family members to join us.
Time: Last Tuesday of each month from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Young Adult Support Group
Cancer sucks and you shouldn’t face it alone. For young adults, very unique challenges are faced: it ruins your plans, sense of independence, and your energy. The aim of the young adult cancer support group is to provide emotional support services and opportunities to meet others in similar circumstances. Individuals ages 18-40 are welcomed to join us on topics that include adjustment to lifestyle changes, relationships, and emotional development through one’s cancer journey. Feel free to bring your loved ones or caregivers.
Groups occur from Jan-April. Both morning and evening times available. No RSVP necessary.
