Are you ready to make lasting changes to your health and well-being? Our ten-week virtual intensive therapeutic lifestyle change (ITLC) program offers a comprehensive and supportive approach to improving your health, guided by a diverse team of experts in the field of lifestyle medicine.

Our Health 180 Program is a comprehensive, high-intensity approach to improving health by targeting key lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, physical activity, relationships, and avoidance of toxic substances. Your treatment plan will integrate key health changes into your lifestyle to help improve your quality of life. Our program aims to create a synergistic effect that significantly improves physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Why Choose Our Health 180 Program

Past participants of our Health 180 program have experienced measurable improvements in weight, blood pressure, blood glucose control, and cholesterol. Participants also experience noticeable gains in energy, mood, motivation, and confidence. Our program includes:

  • Multidisciplinary expertise: A diverse, experienced team of healthcare experts in lifestyle medicine ensures a holistic approach to your health.
  • Personalized care: Tailored recommendations and ongoing support to help you succeed.
  • Measurable outcomes: Pre- and post-program assessments of physical changes, mental & spiritual health, and lifestyle behaviors allow you to track your progress and results.

Program Highlights

Hybrid scheduling

Participate from the comfort of your home with virtual, interactive lifestyle intervention groups and shared medical appointments (SMAs). Note, virtual clinical visits conducted in a small group setting of 8-12 participants. You’ll only need to come into our clinic for pre- and post- program clinical visits.

High-Intensity Interventions

The "dose" or intensity of these health interventions is crucial because inconsistent efforts may not produce measurable benefits. Higher intensity — such as rigorous adherence to a healthy diet, regular exercise, and structured stress reduction — can kickstart meaningful, sustainable changes in health outcomes.

Our approach

Our program stands apart because it treats lifestyle change as a whole-person journey, not a narrow checklist. While many programs focus on nutrition and exercise alone, Health 180 integrates the full spectrum of lifestyle pillars. These include:

  • Plant-predominant nutrition: Learn how to fuel your body with nutrient-dense foods.
  • Physical activity: Incorporate regular, achievable exercise tailored to your fitness level to promote strength, endurance, and functionality.
  • Stress management: Develop techniques to reduce stress and enhance emotional resilience.
  • Restorative sleep: Understand the importance of adequate sleep and how to achieve it.
  • Avoid risky substances: Learn powerful tools to address risky substance use for tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and other harmful substances.
  • Healthy relationships and spiritual health: Foster meaningful connections in the often overlooked domains of emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. Explore mindfulness, purpose, and other aspects of spiritual wellness.

How Our Program Works

Starting with your initial individualized assessment with your clinician and moving into weekly virtual group and SMA sessions, interactive learning, and ongoing support, we help you build lifestyle changes that evolve to meet your needs.

  • Pre-program assessment: A whole-person assessment with lifestyle measures, lab testing, and body composition measurements to establish your baseline — plus a one-on-one visit with a Health 180 clinician to create a personalized lifestyle medicine plan.
  • Weekly virtual SMA sessions: In a small group of fellow participants, you’ll receive evidence-based education and participate in brief group activities. You’ll also get one-on-one time with a clinician and health coach for personalized assessment and goal setting.
  • Ongoing support: Access to group discussions and check-ins with a health coach to support sustained lifestyle change behaviors. Group support can result in sustained lifestyle change behaviors, including enhanced self-efficacy and motivation, robust social support, positive group dynamics, and long-term support and accessibility.
  • Post-program assessment: Repeat laboratory and body composition measurements to evaluate your progress and follow up with a clinician to review your results, celebrate your achievements, and plan next steps.
