Physical Therapist
Dr. Mark Bussell, developer of the INF® Treatment, has successfully treated thousands of patients at Loma Linda University Medical Center since 2011. Dr. Bussell first developed this treatment to help his son's struggle with epilepsy and treat his own chemotherapy-induced neuropathy.
Learn moreDiana Real is an LLU alumna with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a first-generation college graduate. Diana has experience working as an orthopedic physical therapist and plans to become an expert with Intraneural Facilitation® Treatment. Outside of physical therapy, Diana is a passionate gym-goer and loves to weight train.
Trisha Gorny-Mooradian, PT, DPT, NCS is a physical therapist with experience working with patients that face neurological disorders. She sees the benefit of INF® Treatment for her patients dealing with neuropathy and nerve disorders. Trisha hopes to become more involved in research for neuropathy to further identify the usefulness of the INF® Treatment. Trisha has been a part of the NTC team since 2019.
Crissy Parrish has worked as a physical therapist since 2001 in a variety of settings, including orthopedics, acute care, and both inpatient and outpatient neurologic rehabilitation. In 2010, she completed an inpatient neurological residency program at Kaiser Vallejo, certifying her as a Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Therapist (CPNFT). She then went on to obtain her certification in Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art in 2017. In 2021, she completed the Schmidt Movement Disorder Physical Therapy Fellowship. Her love for learning and desire to help individuals meet their full potential led her to join the Neuropathic Therapy Center family in 2023. Crissy looks forward to collaborating with patients to help improve their quality of life and meet their goals.
Jay Alido is a physical therapy assistant who has treated both pediatric and adult patients living with various neurological impairments for more than 20 years. Alido also specializes in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. As a member of the Neuropathic Therapy Center, Alido designs and hand makes tools such as bolsters and arm bands to better improve the health of his patients.
A Loma Linda University alum, Paul Samosky has been part of the NTC family since 2018. Paul achieves positive outcomes based on communication and by promoting patient involvement. He has been involved in sports/athletics all of his life and believes in an active, healthy lifestyle. The INF® Treatment philosophy is personal to Paul. His second son was successfully treated for Legg-Calve-Perthes (AVN) with the INF® Treatment.
