Research Curriculum Highlights
- Our program believes in training complete physiatrists who are adept at applying evidence based clinical care.
- Our strategy for teaching research competency to clinicians is to help PM&R residents do research in order to learn how to interpret research.
- While the research goal is a publishable manuscript by the end of the 4th year of training, our department and university provide all of the necessary resources to assist the trainee in completing the requirement.
- Residents have dedicated research rotation time and a didactic research curriculum.
