Thank you for your interest in Loma Linda University Health’s Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship program. We seek qualified individuals who have demonstrated commitment to the mission of Loma Linda University Health and who have clear future commitments to participate in the medical outreach of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The duration of the electrophysiology fellowship program is two years, with a maximum of one position offered each academic year. The appointment to the fellowship program is renewable each year based on satisfactory performance.

How to Apply

All applicants must participate in the National Resident Matching Program and must complete the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) application with a signed statement indicating that the information in the application is true.

Materials for All Applicants

The following items are necessary for completion of the application:

  • Dean's letter
  • Recommendation letters
    • Two letters from physicians currently acquainted with the applicant
    • Letter from program director for each prior training program
  • CV
  • Medical school transcript*
  • Personal statement
  • Copy of  scores for each examination taken

 

If you are an international medical graduate, please submit the following in addition to the items listed above:

  • ECFMG certificate with current validation date

Applicants with previous U.S. training, practice experience, or Medical Staff Membership/Privileges must provide the following documentation:

  • Copy of California Medical License, if licensed*
  • Letter of good standing from licensing board of any state where licensed*
  • Letter from Medical Staff Office of any facility where staff privileges have been held*

Items marked with an * are required prior to beginning fellowship.
