Most services occur at the PACE Center. However, some are provided through the Loma Linda University PACE provider network and other services occur at your home.

Medical Care

  • Primary Care (including physician and nursing services)
  • Hospital Care, emergency services and outpatient services
  • Medical specialty services, dentistry, surgical
  • Prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, and medical supplies
  • Medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)

Rehabilitation

  • Occupational therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Recreational therapy, activities, and exercise
  • Music, cultural events, and games

Nutrition Support

  • Meals on center days
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Home delivered meals as necessary

Transportation

  • For medical appointments and to our center

In-Home Services

  • Chore service, such as light cooking and light housekeeping
  • Safety evaluation and equipment
  • Skilled home health
  • Personal care, such as bathing and grooming

Social Services

  • Counseling and mental health services
  • Guidance and support for participants and caregivers
