A certificate of attendance or CE certificate will be issued upon successful completion of a course and payment in full. Loma Linda University Medical Center, staff development is authorized to offer continuing education credit for the following professional health disciplines:

Loma Linda University Medical Center is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Late registration fee
A late registration fee may be charged for some classes. Where applicable, late registration fees are noted on appropriate class pages. Late registration fee applies if registered or postmarked after date listed.
Tuition payment
Make checks payable to Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC), unless otherwise indicated. Tuition may be paid with credit card (VISA, Discover or MasterCard) via telephone (909) 558-3500, FAX (909) 558-3541) or mail (staff development, LLUMC, P.O. Box 2000, MVP Suite 11, Loma Linda, CA 92354).
Attendance
Classes will begin promptly. Participants must arrive on time to assure continuing education (CE) credit. No partial CE credit is given for incomplete attendance unless pre-approved by class coordinator. If an attendee has missed more than ten (10) minutes of class time, CE credit cannot be awarded.
Cancellation/refund/no show policy (staff development classes only)
A $20 administrative fee will be charged for cancellation up to five business days prior to class or if participant does not show for class. In the event the program is canceled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
Classroom
Rooms may become cool at times due to variable temperature. Please bring a sweater or lightweight jacket.
Parking
Parking location may vary depending on the location of the class. Plan to arrive early for parking as the distance to walk may take five to ten minutes. Shuttle service to Medical Center buildings and Wong Kerlee Conference Center is available from Lot X and shuttle service is available from the Medical Center to Staff Development office.
Children
Please do not bring children to classes or leave them unattended near the classrooms, hospital waiting rooms, or lobby.
