  • Bronchoscopy: 200-250

  • Endobronchial ultrasound: 30-50

  • Thoracentesis (with pleural manometry): 50-75

  • Thoracostomy tubes: 25-30

  • Tunneled indwelling pleural catheters: 10-15

  • Endotracheal intubation (laryngoscopic and bronchoscopic): 75-100

  • Percutaneous dilational tracheostomy: 20-30

  • PA/right heart catheters: 15-30

  • Central and arterial lines: Over 100
