In our Orthopaedics Physician Assistant (PA) Residency program, you’ll train with world-class surgeons experienced in providing patients excellent, whole person care.
Dr. Baldwin completed his physician assistant training in 1991 at Stanford University Medical Center. He went on to complete a general surgery residency program at Montefiore Medical Center, in the Bronx, NY in 1993. He has worked in a variety of medical and surgical subspecialties including primary care, urgent care, interventional radiology, emergency medicine, and orthopaedic surgery. He has served as a guest lecturer and preceptor at Virginia Commonwealth University, Murphy Deming School of Allied Health, and South University’s PA program in Richmond, VA. He completed his doctoral degree from the University of Lynchburg in 2020. He currently also works in the Loma Linda University Health Hand Clinic.
Jessica Guillen completed her physician assistant training at Western University of Health Sciences in 2015, and completed the orthopaedic surgery PA fellowship at Arrow Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA in 2018. She currently works at the Loma Linda University Health joint replacement center with Dr. Donaldson.
Dr. Donaldson completed his medical training and orthopaedic residency at Loma Linda University. He completed his fellowship training in total joint arthroplasty at the University of Pittsburgh before returning to Loma Linda University where he also serves as chair for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
