The LLUH Ophthalmology’s mission is to support the overall development of the Loma Linda University by engaging all alumni for life, constructing a culture of philanthropy, and being the recognized voice for all Loma Linda University Eye Institute’s alumni.
Ophthalmology Alumni support the countless teaching and learning activities for Residents and Faculty. The generous donations go to equipment purchases, wet-labs and creating an advanced teaching environment of future ophthalmologists. The group collectively impacts and amplifies LLUEI’s quality of care through continuous support.

Residency Zoom-A-Thon - 2023
On Thursday, June 15th, 2023, we hosted our residency Zoom-a-thon where Dr. Rauser and Dr. Perea provided updates on the Department. They shared exciting expansions and highlighted the residency program, as well as ways to support our vision for a new state-of-the-art wet lab. This new lab will provide the best training for our residents and help us attract top talent to our program.
