Loma Linda University Medical Center offers two Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) - accredited fellowship tracks in Epilepsy. The Adult Epilepsy fellowship is a one year fellowship at a Level IV adult epilepsy center. The Pediatric Fellowship is a one year fellowship at a Level IV pediatric epilepsy center.

Training for both tracks is done at a major academic institution in Southern California with a state-of-the-art hospital opened in August 2021. At the completion of training, the candidate is eligible for Epilepsy certification via the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
