Loma Linda University Medical Center offers two fellowship tracks in Epilepsy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The Adult Epilepsy fellowship spans one year at a Level IV adult epilepsy center, offering comprehensive epilepsy services, including epilepsy surgery.
Training for both tracks occurs at a major academic institution in Southern California, featuring a state-of-the-art hospital that opened operations in August 2021. Upon completing the training, candidates become eligible for Epilepsy certification through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

“What makes Loma Linda University Health Epilepsy Center unique is its heart for education and the community feel of the program. Despite providing comprehensive epilepsy services and being part of an academic center serving a broad area, the Epilepsy Division has a warm, collegial environment that fosters learning. Everyone shares the goal of providing the best care for our patients.”
