Loma Linda University Medical Center offers two fellowship tracks in Epilepsy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The Adult Epilepsy fellowship spans one year at a Level IV adult epilepsy center, offering comprehensive epilepsy services, including epilepsy surgery.

Training for both tracks occurs at a major academic institution in Southern California, featuring a state-of-the-art hospital that opened operations in August 2021. Upon completing the training, candidates become eligible for Epilepsy certification through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
