What to Expect

Our approach focuses on your company as a whole and your individual employees. First, we assess your company’s unique occupational health needs, such as regulatory compliance, on-site assessments to determine any workplace hazards, or employee wellness programs and customize our services accordingly. Additionally, our physicians will be available to meet with your employees as needed to conduct evaluations for work-related injuries and provide treatment or referrals to specialists if necessary.

Please note we can’t directly provide you with your employees’ medical reports, but will communicate updates regarding their work restrictions, return-to-work status, and necessary accommodations as permitted under California law.

“We provide expert injury care and comprehensive health services, ensuring rapid recovery and healthy workplaces. Our compassionate care providers address the impact of injuries on individuals and their families, fostering workforce well-being and community resilience.”
