- 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
- 2 Cups of Fresh, Mixed Berries
- 2 Tbsp of Golden Flax Seeds
- 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of Cloves
- 1/4 tsp of White Cardamom
- 4 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
Directions
Divide the yogurt between four glass parfait cups.
Top each with berries.
Place flax and spices in a spice grinder (or cleaned coffee grinder).
Process 20-30 seconds until flax is pulverized.
Sprinkle 1 heaping teaspoon of ground flax on top of the berries for each portion.
Garnish with a mint leaf/sprig and serve immediately.
