To make a new referral for a patient, please fax or email the following documents:

Our specialists have extensive experience with the California workers’ compensation system, offering a more seamless patient experience while efficiently managing the administrative aspects of medical care. We provide comprehensive services, including:

  • Referral handling: We have many years of experience managing referrals. We collaborate with relevant departments or specialists to make the entire process seamless within the healthcare facility.
  • Collaboration with referring physicians: Our team works closely with referring physician offices to ensure accurate and timely completion of the referral process.
  • Pre-authorization with insurance carriers: Our experienced staff carefully analyzes necessary information and works with insurance carriers and service contacts to complete pre-authorizations efficiently.
  • Support for patients: We're here for our patients, addressing questions and concerns and providing compassionate guidance through the healthcare system.
  • Support for insurance adjusters and case workers: We also handle inquiries from insurance adjusters, case workers, utilization review (UR) physicians, and providers. When needed, we’ll connect you with the necessary parties within the system.
