The transplant surgery fellowship is designed to train fellows not only in surgical techniques in liver, kidney, pancreas transplantation, living donor nephrectomy, and deceased donor multiorgan procurements but equally emphasizes pre- and post-transplant management of patients, donor organ selection and recipient pairing, and didactics.
Curriculum Highlights

High volume transplant center providing outstanding surgical training in liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation as well as laparoscopic live donor nephrectomies.

Strong didactic program including weekly liver and KP selection, liver tumor board; biweekly liver and KP pathology conferences, liver and KP QAPI; monthly journal club and grand rounds.
