Fellows attend the conferences listed below as well as participate in delivering core lectures to residents during their PICU rotations and noon conferences, facilitate mock codes, and assist in nursing education.

Fellow’s teaching opportunities include:
- Resident noon conferences
- Teaching residents and medical students rotating through the PICU
- Teaching skills in the Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support Course
- Teaching at the Pediatric Critical Care Nursing Residency Program
- Teaching other ancillary staff such as respiratory therapists
- Facilitate multidisciplinary Mock codes at the Medical Simulation Center
