The Loma Linda University Nephrology Fellowship Training Program is a participant in the Electronic Residency Application System program. All applicants must apply through ERAS® Electronic Residency Application System and will be reviewed as ERAS guidelines dictate. Interviews will be held in the month of August, September, and October. 

Requirements 

Applicants should hold a medical degree and have completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited internal medicine residency by the time of enrollment in the fellowship program. The applicant must be in good standing in the medical community and must be able to obtain a California Medical License.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) application with a signed statement indicating that the information in the application is true. Applications from other central application services associated with match programs are also accepted for those specialties. If you are applying to a program outside of the match, you will need to fill out the Application for Graduate Medical Education Form.

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Personal Statement
  • Board Exam Transcript/s: USMLE and/or COMLEX
  • 4 Letters of Recommendation, including one from current program director
