Matthew Schrader, 2001 Loma Linda University Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) graduate, was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident while on his way to a patient’s home on January 21, 2014. In honor of Matthew’s generous heart, the Schrader family has helped countless students pay for school after starting the “Matthew Lynn Schrader Memorial Scholarship” in 2015 for PTA students.
"This scholarship will keep Matthew's memory alive long after we are gone, and his two girls will continue to see how their daddy helped people. We know Matt would be thrilled to know he is helping students complete their education and go on to find the joy he experienced in his career."
