Applicants should submit a minimum of three letters of recommendation. At least one letter of recommendation should be from a pediatric or emergency medicine physician, and one letter from their residency director. The letter from their residency director must state the full dates of your training and that you have successfully completed training.
Yes, an incomplete application. Applicants must also have completed the USMLE Step I, II, and III exam prior to an interview being offered.
Interviews will be offered to competitive candidates only after the completion of the application. Typically, offers to interview are granted during the months of September through November.
If matched at Loma Linda University Medical Center And Children's Hospital applicants will be subject to a criminal background check and urine drug testing prior to becoming eligible for clinical duties. Also, matched applicants must possess a California Medical License at the time that training begins.
