To apply to our program, please use the ERAS centralized application service (CAS). You will also use ERAS to submit letters, CV, and all other paperwork. Unfortunately, we cannot accept paper applications.

ERAS will allow you to begin your registration process around late spring, including registering and completing your personal profile. Applications open in July and our deadline for accepting application packets is August 31. If you’re selected for an interview, it will be scheduled for early October (dates to be announced and are subject to change).

When submitting your application packet, please make sure it consists of the following:

  • Application
  • CV (must account for all time periods since medical school enrollment)
  • Personal statement
  • Dean's letter (Medical School Performance Evaluation or MSPE)
  • Transcripts
  • Medical school diploma
  • USMLE scores (Steps one, two, and three must be together – if any are pending, please attach an explanatory note)
  • Three to four letters of recommendation
  • If you have previous training in pulmonary and critical care, a letter from the "program director" stating dates and location
  • Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) status report (if applicable)
  • Copy of VISA (if applicable)
