I loved the Physician Assistant that I saw initially. However the Physician (provider) was not polite at all. She had a bad attitude and was not at all friendly. I was very disappointed because I have been to this urgent care several times and had fantastic experiences both other times. My mom was with me for this visit and I was embarrassed. It's sad because I work at LLUCH ICU and I don't want her to think it's not a wonderful place because it is. Thank you for sending the survey. I appreciate the chance to give the feedback.

My son didn't receive any medication to relieve his cough. There are many prescribed medicines that could have helped, and they only recommended water and Robitussin. What's the point of going to a doctor if they don't prescribe stronger medicine for cough and congestion? He's had two nights where he couldn't sleep or attend school because of the virus symptoms. Very bad service, and my other son, who went at the same time, also didn't receive anything strong for his cough.

From check in to check out, my visit was superb. The entire staff is extremely informative and helpful.
