Adult Diabetes Support Group

Diabetes Support Group occurs every first Thursday of each month. Guest presenters include registered dieticians and nurses specializing in diabetes education who cover an array of topics on nutrition, lifestyle changes, prevention and management of diabetes and group discussions about health promotion. All members of the community are invited to participate.
